We have an expertise of last 30 years in the field of electrical rotating machines, i.e., electric motors, electric generators, gear boxes, compressors, pumps, turbines, etc.
Hence, we not only pin-point the root causes in your equipment but can take corrective actions to set them right.
The most common corrective action could be Ultrasound guided Greasing of the Bearing which required Ultrasound equipment and grease gun. Another important corrective action could be alignment and we do laser alignment. The third important corrective action could be balancing of rotating part as in-situ balancing is very much in our scope, we can set it right. The fourth one is replacement of bearing at site and as we are dealing in it since last 30 years, our technicians can perform the best job at your place. The fifth one is correction of deformation of base-rail. The sixth one is eliminating the cause of soft foot.

Apart from above, we can take following corrective actions with following machines:

Electrical Motors: Replacement of lead, replacement of body parts like fan cover, reformation / reconstruction of bearing housing, replacement of bar winding of squirrel cage rotors, setting equal air gap between stator & rotor, etc.

Gear Boxes: Replacement of gears, reversing of gears, repair, / rebuild of bearing housing, etc.

Pumps: Replacement of impellors, replacement, / repair of glands/ seals, Eliminate the cause of piping strain by giving necessary supports at the identified (through vibration analysis) positions, etc.
